These Terms of Use define the relationship between society TYPIK, located at 63 Street from the airport - 2036 Soukra - TUNISIA - Commercial Register A1879020030 and its customers of the site.
TYPIK online sales are reserved exclusively for consumer non traders as well as legal persons for their needs other than those relating to their professional activities.
Guests of this commercial site agree to complete the required fields presented at the time of registration and must have a shipping address located in one of the areas served by TYPIK.
Thus, the acquisition of property through this site implies full acceptance of these terms of sale and the specific conditions of his order (ordered items as presented on the site within the limit of any quantities listed, name, price, components, etc.).
PRODUCT FEATURES:

2. These products are available within the limits of available stocks

PRICE:
Prices are set annually from 1 January to 31 December of the year. TYPIK reserves the right to change prices before the due date. However, it is understood that the price listed in the catalog on the day of order is applicable only to the buyer.
Prices shown on the products do not include delivery costs.
ORDERS:
To place an order, the buyer must:
1. fill in the form of identification which indicate all the information requested,
2. select the items he wants and define the quantities for each item,
3. validate the order after reviewing it,
4. choose the delivery method and payment method,
5. confirm the order,
6. and make the payment.
The client has, before confirming the order, a mechanism to correct or change their choices. This mechanism is available for each stage of the process of order entry.
The confirmation of the order implies acceptance of these terms of sale, the recognition of having perfect knowledge and waiver of its own conditions of purchase or other conditions. The transaction and payment is secure. Orders are validated by the order and will be accompanied by a credit card payment.
PAYMENT:
The order amount is due in advance. Payment must be made by credit card.
The credit card payments will be made through the secure system that uses the SPS, developed by Electronic Banking Tunisia, so that the information transmitted is encrypted by software and no third party can read it in transit on the network. The customer account will be debited only upon acceptance of the transaction by the bank.
DELIVERY
Sales are only possible within the limits of available stocks. Orders can be made only when the product is available.
